Everythings Peachy!

The peach has to be my all-time favorite fresh fruit.
I love to bite right into one (yes, fuzzy peel and all)
and let the sweet juice drip down my arms.

And after I eat all that I can possible hold out of the bushel
I make up the rest into Peach Jam.
Everybody in the family wins here.

Birthday Bouquet

I missed going to the cemetery this year on Memorial Day (that will NOT happen again!).
So I gathered up some of my sunflowers and a few random weeds and some honeysuckle to make this bouquet.
Happy Birthday 87th Daddy.
I love and miss you EVERY day!
My daddy.
This pic was taken about 20 years ago.
He was picking out a Jack Russell puppy for my son, Zack.

New Bathroom

Remember the free mirror that I got while in Kansas? Here it is!
I love my new cabinets and countertop and Delta fixtures!
We put two large cabinet units together to create this armoire.
Everyone loves the aged finish I created.
New tile and Delta fixtures.
We kept the big old tub and will have it refinished later.
New toilet with a great non-slam safety lid.
(Safe for those little grandsons)
I finally got the gal covered in burlap strips. Isn't she lovely.
My family hates my mannequins. Too bad.

How to eat a tomato

How to eat a 'mato demonstrated by Chase Laboube (my grandmunchkin)

First you find a nice red tomato
Then you take a bite and enjoy the flavor
It's good to just hold it in your mouth a minute or two.
Just bite into it. Don't worry about the juice.
Yeah, just eat that 'mato and enjoy, enjoy!
The End
