Route 66 Excursion

Lulu and I took a short trip on Route 66 from Sapulpa to Stroud last week. We stopped at an estate sale in Bristow. I guess an old man died and they were selling all of his life story items. Kind of sad but I got a few cool things out of it. Then we drove on to Stroud. It was a fun day! Lulu did a little photoshop on this painted wall sign. I liked it.

Pole Cats are what the old timers used to call skunks. I like that.

Rusty old water tower

I loved the patina!

Gorgeous blue house in Stroud .

This house is awesome!

Can you imagine what it was like in "it's day"! Antique piano we found in a thrift store in Stroud.

Notice at the beautiful woodwork.
